Pat’s an old photography buddy of mine. We were both studying photography around the same time. I remember we took a trip down Highway 1 and stopped at the beaches along the way to photograph. Pat and I both have fine art photography backgrounds. It was fun shooting on those abandon beaches. We had to get creative. I think we were shooting medium format at the time. I shot mainly shot with the Mamiya RB67 but Pat introduced me to the Hasselblad 500 series… Love the square format… Well enough photo geek stuff… Pat and Stasia are getting married this month and I had the honor to shoot their engagement early this year. Here are a few snaps from that cold afternoon. I’m looking forward to shooting their wedding.
Socal Sun
What is it with balloons? Kids are so fascinated by them. You can make a kid’s day. Kids can find joy in the simplest things. Well we were down in So-Cal for my niece’s 2nd birthday party this past weekend. 80 degree weather in January is just not normal. I can’t complain because it was just awesome!! We spent the weekend relaxing. Something we don’t do too often.
Mountain View Portrait Photographer | Katie
This is my friend Katie. Though we had a very short photo session, we managed to get many good ones. From what I remember, the weather was freezing and Katie was such a good sport. She’s tough. Hope you guys enjoy the photos.
Happy New Year
Happy Belated New Year everyone! 2008 has been a life changing year for me in both my daily life and the photography world. A lot of things happened and we couldn’t be more blessed and thankful. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from the Family. Looking forward to the 2009 wedding season. God Bless!
The great Samm Blake shot these portraits of our family. I met Samm at Jesh De Rox’s Seminar. Thanks again Samm!

Damon + Alice = Alexis
We met Alexis today… her 2nd day in the world. She is beautiful and precious. We can not be more happy for Alice and Damon. It’s such an exciting time and we’re glad that we are a part of this journey. Julia has a new friend!! We made a visit this morning and I photographed a few moments.
